Shipping Charges & Cancellation
Policy When you add an item to a cart, shipping costs are automatically calculated on the basis of package weight and mode of shipping.
Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day. Orders received after this time generally leave the next business day. Please note that our international delivery partner, DTDC and First Flight couriers. does not deliver Pekoe International orders on Saturday or Sunday.
To cancel your order, send us an email to vkmantry@gmail.com with your order details and we’ll cancel it promptly.
Important Notice: It has come to our notice that the Customs Department in Italy, Costa Rica, and the Czech Republic may have begun charging an additional amount as a Custom Clearance fee. We at Topqualiteaindia work with the customs clearance departments of different countries to ensure that the package reaches you as quickly as possible, but in these specific cases, the additional charge will have to be borne by the customer.
Please note that we do not accept cancellations once the teas have been dispatched from our fulfillment center.
Delivery Partners
For international shipping, we work primarily with EMS (India Post) and Air Mail, DTDC, and First Flight couriers. to deliver our teas worldwide. Express service takes up to 5-7 working days for delivery, EMS Speed Post takes up to 10-14 days for delivery & Air Mail takes up to 15-25 days for delivery.
For shipping to destinations within India, we work with DTDC and First Flight couriers.
